Guacamole sandwich

Guacamole Sandwich

Guacamole sandwich is a quick and healthy breakfast as well as tea time snack.  It is a vegetarian dish. If you have no time you can pick this dish. This recipe requires less time and less ingredients.

In this recipe i am using wheat bread. This also goes well with white bread. I toasted sandwich on tawa. You can toast in sandwich toaster or in the oven.

  Ingredients: 

Wheat Bread - 8 Slices
Ripe Avocado - 1 Num
Onion - 1/2 Medium size
Tomato - 1/4 Cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 Tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 Tsp
Chilly Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 Tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
Butter to toast

Method:

Preparing  Guacamole:

1. Cut the avocado into half. Take out the seed and remove the pulp.
 
2. Mash the pulp using fork.

3.  Add onion, tomato, ajwain, chilly powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt to taste and coriander leaves. 

4. Mix it well. Guacamole is ready.

Making sandwich:
1. Pre heat the tawa.
2. Spread the guacamole on bread slice. And top it up with another slice.

3. Spread the butter on preheated tawa.

4. Place the sandwich on butter and spread the butter on top bread. Toast it till the bottom of the bread turns golden brown.

5. Flip the other side and toast it.

6. Serve the Guacamole Sandwich with any sauce.
